EDWARD C. FLEISCHER, ESQUIRE Mr. Fleischer graduated from The City College of New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1959. In 1963, Mr. Fleischer graduated from Fordham University Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is also a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. BRIAN M. FLEISCHER, ESQUIRE Mr. Fleischer graduated from Bucknell University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. In 1989, Mr. Fleischer graduated from The National Law Center, George Washington University. His practice concentrates in the areas of business/corporate law, leasing, commercial litigation (including extensive work in debt collection), real estate and estate planning. Mr. Fleischer is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. NICOLA G. SUGLIA, ESQUIRE Mr. Suglia concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation (with an emphasis on creditors’ rights) and real estate. He has also represented clients in the purchase and sale of food service establishments. Mr. Suglia graduated from Rutgers University, Camden College of Arts & Sciences, in 1994, majoring in Political Science and Spanish. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 1997. Mr. Suglia speaks Spanish fluently and has a conversational knowledge of Italian. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. JACLYN SCARDUZIO DOPKE, ESQUIRE Ms. Dopke graduated with honors from Rutgers University, Camden College of Arts & Sciences, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She obtained a Juris Doctor and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University in 2004. Ms. Dopke joined Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia in 2001 and worked as a law clerk throughout the remainder of her law school career. Her practice concentrates in the areas of business/corporate law, commercial litigation, estate planning and administration and land use. Ms. Dopke is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Joint Land Use Board and Plan Petition Committee in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. LINDSAY E. VAUGHAN, ESQUIRE Ms. Vaughan graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology in 2002. In 2007, Ms. Vaughan graduated from Temple University, Beasley School of Law. She participated in Temple’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Program and received the Barrister’s Award for excellence in trial advocacy. After law school, Ms. Vaughan became a Law Clerk to the Honorable David W. Heckler, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Her practice concentrates in the areas of leasing and commercial litigation, including work in debt collection. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. HEATHER N. DANESH, ESQUIRE Ms. Danesh graduated with honors from Point Loma Nazarene University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. In 2001, Ms. Danesh graduated from Loma Linda University with a Master of Arts Degree in Biomedical & Clinical Ethics. Ms. Danesh received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008. Her practice now concentrates in the area of commercial litigation, business/corporate law and real estate. Ms. Danesh is licensed to practice law in both the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association.
